"Brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men, who have no hope. We asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men, who have no hope. We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him." Thes 4:13-14
Gregory Imbert was born to the parentage of Paul Dominique Imbert and Marie Janet Guerrier on August 7, 1980 in Miami, Florida. During his childhood, Gregory enjoyed entertaining the people around him. He did just about anything to make someone smile. Like any adolescent, he searched high and low for a gateway to express himself. He finally found a passion in Rap music. He would spend hours writing lyrics, months rapping about his life, and years singing his favorite songs. He finally made it to a recording studio where he laid a few tracks to create what we know as an album. As genuine as he could be, he played his role as a big brother to Legerard Imbert. His energy was the key element that made his brother happy. Gregory also instilled the highest level of morals and values into his daughter, Tianny Palmer, who will undoubtedly pass on the same teachings to her children as part of his legacy.
Gregory took on the challenge of starting a new life when he later relocated to New Jersey. He opened up to people easily and tried his best to care for those who needed comfort. In doing so, his life abruptly came to an end. Gregory’s love and devotion flowed from his heart to his family. He had a giving heart. Anyone who became acquainted with him quickly realized that he also had a wonderful spirit.
On Sunday, December 17, 2006, Gregory entered into paradise. We know he is gone in the flesh but he will always be in our hearts. His kindness can never be replaced.
He leaves behind a legacy of greatness that must have no ending. We must continue what he has started here in this life. He will never be forgotten. He will be remembered for all his kind ways towards everyone.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories:
