Ronald Jean Voltaire was born to the parentage of Lea LaFrance and Yves Narcisse on July 23, 1957 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

Ronald completed his primary and secondary education at College Frère Adrian du Sacrecoeur. At the age of 25, Ronald then moved to the United States in search of a better life. To know Ronald was to love him. Everyone who knew him, knew that he loved “Cubano” of Skah Shah. He dressed like cubano, looked like him and even acted like him. Cubano was his idol.

Ronald was a very outgoing, social and loving person. He illuminated and transformed everyone he came in contact with. Ronald embodied many qualities and he was truly a wonderful person. He will truly be missed.

WHEN TOMORROW STARTS WITHOUT ME, AND I’M NOT THERE TO SEE, IF THE SUN SHOULD RISE AND FIND YOUR EYES ALL FILLED WITH TEARS FOR ME. I WISH SO MUCH THAT YOU WOULDN’T CRY THE WAY YOU DID TODAY, WHILE THINKING OF THE MANY THINGS WE DIDN’T GET TO SAY. I KNOW HOW MUCH YOU LOVED ME, AS MUCH AS I LOVE YOU. AND EACH TIME THAT YOU THINK OF ME, I KNOW YOU’LL MISS ME TOO. BUT WHEN TOMORROW STARTS WITHOUT ME, PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND, THAT AN ANGEL CAME AND CALLED MY NAME AND TOOK ME BY THE HAND. THEY SAID MY PLACE WAS READY, IN HEAVEN FAR ABOVE, AND THAT I’D HAVE TO LEAVE BEHIND ALL THOSE I DEARLY LOVE.
