Cedenia Seance

Mrs. Cedenia Seance was born in “Nan Palmiste,” a beautiful locality of Jean Rabel, Haiti, on February 3, 1936. As an early savvy businesswoman who was temperate and brave, Cedeniastarted selling crops or other imported products to the community. Since then, and accordingly, she became independent and self-confident with her decision making. In October 10,1957, she was joined in Holy Matrimony to her love Saimphilaire Delien and they were blessed with 8 children: four girls and four boys: Marietta Delien Joseph, Ismaelite Telfort, Yasmine Desliens, and Predithe Desliens Joseph, Georges Desliens, Joseph Dellien, Aram Desliens, and Enocque Desliens. She raised her children with love, devotion and faith. They will always remember her as the devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend that she was. 

On Monday, July 1, 2019, Mrs. Cedenia Seance was called Home to be with the Lord. We grieve deeply because Cedenia is no longer with us; however, the Lord blessed us with her presence for 83 years.  We know the she is gone in the flesh, but her spirit will live on in our hearts forever. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion and love. Until we meet again, we know that she will be watching over us.

Her Great-Grandchildren: Tashawn & Jeremiah Delien;Senaii, Jalia Jean Marie & Amaya Jean Marie 

Her Siblings: Macula Ceance (106 Years old) and Family, Ceance Family, Metayer Family & Delien Family 

Her Daughters and Sons-in-law: Mirielle Pierre, Miriam Chery, Enock Joseph, Dieunel Joseph, Serge Telfort and a host of other Family members and Friends who have been affected by this loss.
