She helped to take care of her family in Haiti by working as an assistant accountant all while going to culinary to do what she loved most; cooking! Jeannine left Haiti at the age of 26 to come to America in pursuit of the American dream.

She decided to raise her children in Orlando, FL. As a single mother, she maintained 2-3 jobs her whole life to be able to accomplish this. She was so blessed that she even fostered a total of 4 children in the DCF system, showed them the love and structure of a mother, and treated them as her own. She ran a strict household so that her children could have access to all of life’s possibilities
Jeannine had many talents including being fluent in French, French Creole, and English. She also loved raising animals and always had a home full of dogs, birds and fish. She loved to sewand was able to fix any imperfection in any garment. She loved to cook (very well) and feed people. She loved to take care of people, even if they were sick, hungry, broken or sad.
