Oscar Moreau

Mr. Oscar Moreau was born on November 28, 1934 in Leogane, Haiti. He was the son of the late Mescène Moreau and Saint-Annie Dumont. Oscar fathered seven (7) children. Three of them—Daniel, Welcie and Michaelle — were born from his relationship with Rosana Saint-Vil, and the others — Samuel, Francene, Oscar and John—came into life from his wife, Rosie Michel. He        dedicated his lifetime to keep his children together and raised them under the same marital roof, with family values such as love of God, love of others, respect, empathy, honesty, integrity and sense of excellence. At the same time, he ensured that his      children receive a valuable education through the best schools in Haiti.

His departure on May 8, 2018 was a devastating blow for those who had the opportunity to live with him or to get closer to this exceptional and unique human being.

He leaves behind members of the family:

MOREAU, MICHEL, SAINT-VIL, ROGER, BLANC, ANTENOR, GUIRAND, JEAN-BAPTISTE, DUMONT, TALES, GUSTAVE, JEAN-LOUIS, SAGET, SIME, HILAIRE JOSEPH, JACQUELINE JOSEPH, CONSTANT, BLAISE, VALENTINE and all his friends and allies. It will leave us with a gap that no one or nothing could ever fill.

May his Soul rest in peace in the bosom of Abraham until his   resurrection on the Glorious Day of Jesus Christ, the Savior of those who believe.
