Annette Sylvia Carter, 72, died Monday, September 28, 2015 at Florida Medical Center. Annette was born Annette Sylvia Blanche on May 15, 1943 to Carlton and Rita Blanche in Trinidad, Tobago. Annette was Nursing Assistant for the Palm Beach County Health Department.
