Elizier Pierre was born on November 24, 1951 in Port-de-Paix, Haiti. He was the third of six children from Fenezie Pierre and Milie Joseph. He enjoyed his childhood years focusing on agriculture and hanging out with his friends.
On July 20, 1974 he solidified his first union to his wife Nocilia Noreus by holy matrimony. The young couple soon decided to extend their family by having four children; Inesly Pierre who unfortunately died at 14 years old, Sainthonasse Pierre, Wisly Pierre who passed away at one-year-old, and Ermanie Pierre. He left Haiti in June 1981 to pursue a better living opportunity for his family.
In 1987 he met Leone Pierre, and then later in that same year he solidified his second union to his late wife Leone Pierre who sadly passed away June 23, 2019. He always had one goal in mind, to endlessly love and provide for his wife, children and family by any means necessary. The couple extended their family by having four children; Leonel Pierre, Johnson Pierre who passed away in 2009, Nicholas Pierre and Odrique Pierre.
In his spare time, he enjoyed listening to “Piman Bouk” so he could know what was happening with the Haitian news media, riding the city bus to go visit his friends in Miami Gardens. He truly enjoyed spending time with his family and one of his favorite hobbies was grilling fish every Sunday to enjoy with the family. Elizier was a funny, loving, charismatic and caring person. He used to enjoy reflecting back on how great Haiti was while he was growing up.
On May 7, 2024, Elizier Pierre transitioned to glory and he leaves behind his surviving children; nine grandchildren: Neiyssa Joseph, Errentz Joseph, Asher Joseph, Khalise Pierre, Nicholas Jr. Pierre, NehemiahPierre, Khalani Pierre, Karter Pierre and Jahleel Pierre; Sisters and brothers: Philolia & Leonie also Acedur, Raoul and Leona may their souls rest in peace.
