Filadelphie Marcelin

Today we gather to honor and celebrate the beautiful life of our beloved Filadelphie Marcelin. She was a deeply loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend whose kindness and warmth touched everyone she met.

Born to Notece and Manicelle Marcelin, Filadelphie dedicated her life to caring for others. She was the devoted mother of Francessa, Frantzy, Emy, Emma and Edwin and the proud grandmother of Rich, Karsen, Keidan and an expected granddaughter. Nothing brought her greater joy than spending time with those she loved.

Filadelphie possessed a beautiful spirit and a heart full of compassion. She was always willing to lend a helping hand, offer words of encouragement and bring joy to those around her. She found great peace and comfort in her strong faith, frequently listening to French Chansonnette and Christian music, particularly “134 Chants d’Espérance Français.”

She is survived by her siblings Daniel Marcelin, Samson Marcelin, Jean Jackson Marcelin, Noe Marcelin, Emmanuel Marcelin, Gertha Marcelin and Elena Marcelin, as well as her children, grandchildren, extended family and many friends who will forever treasure her memory.

Though we deeply mourn her passing, we remain profoundly grateful for the gift of her life. Her kindness, faith and unconditional love will continue to guide and inspire us. She will be deeply missed and forever held in our hearts.
