Keysha Fenelon

Keysha Fenelon was born on September 26, 2008, in Haiti. From the very beginning, she carried a light within her, a joyful spirit, a caring heart, and a soul full of love. She was the kind of person who made everyone around her feel special, seen, and loved.

In April 2023, Keysha moved to the United States to pursue a brighter future. She first settled in Ohio, then later moved to Florida to be closer to her family and attend school. Keysha embraced each new chapter with grace and determination, always carrying herself with kindness and a gentle strength far beyond her years.

She was known for her sweet personality, her loving nature, and her warm smile that could brighten anyone’s day. Whether it was helping a friend, sharing a laugh, or showing love to her family, Keysha lived with compassion and joy. She never hesitated to lend a hand, to encourage others, or to simply be present in the lives of those she loved.

Keysha was the first daughter of her mother, Edwige Norisma, who remained in Haiti. Their bond was unbreakable. Edwige always dreamed of giving her daughter more than what life in Haiti could offer. Watching Keysha begin a new life in the U.S. was her proudest moment, a dream fulfilled. The pain of losing her child is beyond words, but so is the love and pride she holds in her heart forever.

Tragically, on April 28, 2025, Keysha’s life was cut short in a devastating accident. Her loss has left a hole in the hearts of everyone who knew her. The pain is deep, but so is the love we carry for her. Her memory will live on through the lives she touched, the love she gave, and the light she leaves behind.

Keysha is survived by her loving mother: Edwige Norisma; father: Fritzmond Fenelon; aunts: Gertie Norisma and Katiana Norisma; grandmothers: Antonia Augustin and Chantale Dor; grandfather: Simon Fenelon; sister: Kyara laïa Cassinette; brother: Brendon Fenelon; uncles: Benson Norisma and Frantz Celestin; godmother: Karline Norisma Celestin; cousins: Karina Celestin,Yorden Sylvaint and Fridjee Celestin and a host of family in both Haiti and the United States, and everyone whose lives were blessed by her presence. Though her time with us was short, the impact she made was powerful and unforgettable.

We honor Keysha today not just with tears of sorrow, but with gratitude for the beautiful soul she was and always will be.

May her soul rest in eternal peace.
