Maria was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, arriving unexpectedly on November 11, 1952 to the late Teresa and Angel. She moved to Brooklyn, New York with her parents and older brother when she was 1 ½ years old. She remained there until she was 33 years old. She then moved to Florida with her children. While residing in Brooklyn, at the age of 14, she started working and developed good work ethics. Maria attended school and completed 2 years at Staten Island Community College. She worked and trained at Lutheran Medical Center where she became a Certified Nursing Assistant. She married and had 3 children; Jeannie, Teresa and Nathaniel. Maria was fluent in Spanish and English. She was raised Pentecostal and had a strong spiritual foundation. Although she didn't always attend church, she always maintained her faith and Christian values. Maria found her calling at One Accord International Ministries, where she was a dedicated member. She dedicated herself to serving the church and her community. Maria touched many with her kindness and generosity. She was called Home to be with the Lord on June 7, 2017. Living her legacy are: Her Daughters: Jeannie Feliciano and Teresa Holmes Her Son: Nathaniel Feliciano Her Sisters: Isabel Machiavelo, Ana McDonald and Alice Tanico Her Brother: David Machiavelo Her Grandchildren: Melinda Gonzalez, Jason Holmes Jr, Darious Holmes, Deanna Wright and Nicolas Holmes Her Great-grandchildren: Alyssa Gonzalez, Janelle Holmes and Tristen Gonzalez Welcoming her Home are: Her Parents: Teresa and Angel Machiavelo Her Brothers: Wilfredo Machiavelo, Angelo Machiavelo, Danny Machiavelo and a host of other friends and family that have been affected by this loss.
