Marie P. Souverain

Marie P. Souverain was born in Gressier, Haiti on December 2, 1966, to the parentage of Mr. Joseph Vital and Marie Denise Chevry. Marie came to America at a young age and became an independent woman. She was employed at Disney for 30 years, learning and growing on her own.
The Lord blessed Marie with four wonderful children: Nixon Louis-Juste, Frankie Souverain, Terry Louis-Juste, and her youngest and only daughter, Jorane Louis-Juste. Marie was a hardworking mother who strived to succeed and who cared deeply for her children. Even though she did not show her love towards us, we knew deep inside she loved us dearly. She would talk when we did something bad, but she was always there no matter what the circumstances were and did her best to help us.
She loved her family and her family loved and cherished her in return, Marie’s love and devotion flowed from her heart to her family. She had a giving heart. As a faithful servant of the Lord, she loved to talk about Christ often walking around the house singing gospel music, watching programs that had to do with God, and reading her bible daily. Marie loved the Lord with passion. She also enjoyed going out for walks. Her dream was to become an entrepreneur assisting others in
finding employment. She was always searching for the next business adventure.

On Saturday, January 27, 2024, Marie entered into rest. She wanted her children to do well and to give their lives to Christ so that they can meet her in Heaven. As the family of Marie Souverain, we have come together not to mourn her loss but to celebrate her life. She will be dearly missed. Not a single day passes without our minds wandering to thoughts of her, yet we find solace in knowing that she has found eternal
peace alongside our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our cherished memories and unwavering love for her shall forever live on until the day we are reunited once more.

Marie P. Souverain leaves to cherish in her special memories: Her Sons: Nixon Louis-Juste, Frankie Souverain and; Terry Louis-Juste; Her Only Daughter: Jorane Louis-Juste; Her Brothers & Sisters: Margueritte Lafontan, Jacqueline Chevry, Felder Souverain and Cleancia Souverain; and a host of other family members and friends who have been affected by this loss.
