Myrlande Lemy

April 19, 1974 — April 28, 2024

Myrlande Lemy

Myrlande Lemy was born on April 19, 1974 with her now-deceased twin sister Myrlinde Lemy, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, to her loving parents Peralta Lemy and Eline Lemy. Growing up, Myrlande attended the prestigious Saint Triniti High School in Port-au-Prince, where she actively participated in every school activity and graduated with flying colors.

As the youngest sister, Myrlande was the life of the family, always around her siblings, engaging in karate, and sharing her infectious sense of humor. Her warmth and laughter filled every room, bringing joy to those around her.

In 2001, Myrlande, along with her sisters and her three beloved children, made the journey to the United States, where they settled in Miami, Florida, on March 30th. This marked the beginning of a new chapter in her life, filled with hope and opportunities. As we reflect on Myrlande's life, let us remember the significance of her baptism and the profound impact it had on her journey. May her faith continue to inspire us all and serve as a guiding light as we honor her memory and carry her legacy forward.

Myrlande was not just a sister, a mother, or a daughter; she was a pillar of strength and resilience for her family. Her unwavering love and devotion knew no bounds, and she poured her heart into everything she did. She was a beacon of kindness and compassion, touching the lives of everyone she

met. Her infectious laughter and radiant smile would light up the darkest of days, bringing warmth and comfort to those in need.

Myrlande was baptized on March 18, 2023, marking a significant moment in her spiritual journey. This act of faith was a testament to her deep connection with her beliefs and her commitment to living a life guided by her faith.

As we bid farewell to Myrlande, let us not mourn her passing, but instead celebrate the beautiful life she lived and the profound impact she had on all of us. May her soul rest in eternal peace, knowing that she was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.
