Mizerine St. Fort was born on November 19, 1937 in St. Louis Du Nord, Haiti. She was the third and last child of the late Clara Phillis. In 1961, she started her journey in search of a better life and migrated to the Bahamas. In 1962, she was joined in the union of marriage with the late Fedieu Saintvil.
In 1988 she decided to migrate to Miami, FL making it her permanent home. She worked as a baker for over 10 years. She enjoyed life, but most of all enjoyed the company of her nine children.
On Friday October 19th 2018, at 80 years young, Mizerine was called from labor to rest. We know she is gone in flesh but remains in our hearts.
